Creating a team is useful for clinics/practices to manage all their team members in one account. You can add new members and remove existing ones. It is also cheaper to pay for one team account instead of having multiple individual accounts.
This feature is only available on the professional plan.
Creating a Team
To create your team, go to the Menu at the top and click on "Manage Team". Alternatively, you can also click on the team tab.
Note: only administrators will have this option available.
The team administrator is the first person who created the account and was not invited by another team member. Contact us if you would like to change the team administrator to another person.
Tip: an administrator's avatar is always the green dinosaur (diplodocus) and there can be multiple administrators per team account.
As a team administrator, you can add up to 5 members. To do that, click on the "Add Member" button and enter their full name and email address. Contact us if you would like to add more than 5 team members.
Once their details are entered, click on "Send Invitation" to confirm.
After that, they will be registered in our system and an email will be sent to them to sign in.
Note: new members don't need to create an account, they just need to sign in (using the same email they received the invite on) and will be added to the team automatically.
When a new member is added, their status will be set as "Invitation Sent". They become a "Member" once they accept the invitation by clicking on the link in their email and signing in.
Removing Unconfirmed Members
As a team administrator, you can remove unconfirmed members (members who haven't accepted the team invitation). This is useful if you send an invite to the wrong email address.
To do that, go to the Team page and click on the three dots on the unconfirmed member you would like to remove and then press delete.
Removing Existing Members
Please contact us if you would like to remove an existing member from your team or move their clients to another member.
Changing the Team Admin
Please contact us if you would like to change the team administrator.
As an administrator, you have access to all your team members' login codes. This is useful when one of your team members is having an issue logging in (such as not having access to their email or not receiving the login code)
